Drive at the speed limit. The reason is you might be responsible for crashes by driving both too fast and too slow.
Drive as per to conditions. If you can't see clearly because of mist or precipitation, hit the brakes. If the road is frosty or slippery, take notice and drive carefully.
Keep your lights on while it is cloudy, cloudy, or if there's rainfall or snowfall. It would make it clearer for you to observe the road.
